Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and engage with the community to understand challenges and opportunities facing professionals in the relevant space.
  • Engage with and secure speakers from established brands and start-ups.
  • Curate event content, format, and agendas to create attendee experiences.
  • Own the event as product owner and manage its successful launch, delivery, and execution.
  • Project-manage marketing, sales, and community managers while working to drive sponsored partnerships, ticket revenue, and attendance.
  • Develop leadership skills, show initiative and adaptability, and motivate the team to reach and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain event websites, develop copywriting skills, and contribute to content-led promotion, including video and social media.
  • Run events on-site or virtually alongside the operations team.
  • Potentially oversee a team, produce events and programmes in new markets, or help grow the business in new directions.
