  • You’ve had experience of translating complex customer and business requirements into simple and user-friendly customer solutions
  • You’ll be comfortable using design research methods to do fast paced and iterative research of our journey improvements
  • You’re comfortable bringing the voice of the customer into everything that we do so the solutions we build are genuinely useful, get used, and build our business as a result
  • You're experienced at managing relationships with external partners, providers and stakeholders to deliver solutions

Responsibilities
  • You’ll be responsible for developing and researching the touchpoints in our end-to-end journeys
  • This includes working with New Day, our technology partner to improve our conversion journeys
  • It also includes partnering with our customer journey managers to reimagine our longer term journeys that engage customers with embedded finance
  • Ensure those that use us have a fantastic experience right to the point of renewal or close of the product
  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs, and pain points
  • Keep a close watch on competitors’ solutions and emerging capabilities
  • Work closely with Design teams to learn from, and leverage, best practices and builds
  • Work alongside technology partners inside and outside the Group to leverage their backlogs in a strategic way

SAP-owned working capital management solutions provider Taulia has launched a virtual card partnership with Lloyds. This collaboration will see the companies issue Visa-enabled virtual cards, embedded across a variety of solutions available with the SAP business suite, Taulia announced in a Thursday (March 27) news release. “Through the partnership, Lloyds will extend credit to customers who have purchased the Taulia Virtual Cards solution, allowing companies to issue virtual cards to suppliers worldwide in a seamless B2B payment process,” the release said. “Combining Taulia’s scalable technology with Lloyds’ reach, the partnership offers an innovative and fully embedded payment solution that caters to UK customer needs.”
