Radiant builds and operates utility-scale AI infrastructure to deliver sovereign AI cloud compute through owned data centers, long-term capital, and proprietary software. It runs AI factories that provide scalable, resilient compute for governments, enterprises, and telecom providers, enabling rapid deployment of AI workloads at scale. After merging with Ori Industries, Radiant integrates distributed AI software with its hardware to form a global AI utility that lowers energy costs and reduces dependence on centralized clouds. Its goal is to create a secure, scalable AI platform that serves distributed locations worldwide, balancing land, capital, and software to support large-scale AI applications.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Reuters reported a $1.3 billion valuation on February 27, 2026, signaling investor confidence.
  • Radiant secured contract lengths beyond five years, stabilizing revenue visibility.
  • NVIDIA DSX and Brookfield's renewable grid access speed deployment and lower power costs.

What critics are saying

  • Radiant lacks disclosed customers, so Brookfield carries heavy concentration risk from launch onward.
  • CoreWeave, Lambda, and hyperscalers can outspend Radiant before 2027 on GPUs.
  • If Brookfield's $100 billion program stalls, Radiant becomes a stranded-capital experiment.

What makes Radiant unique

  • Brookfield launched Radiant on February 24, 2026, with land, power, and capital.
  • Radiant pairs Ori's distributed software with utility-scale AI factories across 20-plus data centers.
  • It sells sovereign compute under long-term contracts, unlike spot-market GPU rental providers.
