- Handle issues related to Workers Comp to include managing to ensure employee’s receive proper medical care while at the same time managing cost of care, minimizing lost time or time away from work
- Support and provide leadership for case management of injuries
- OSHA record keeping associated with recordable injuries
- Participates in incident investigations and reviews and supports the preparation of relevant documentation using root cause methodologies
- Compile and maintain safety statistics, analyze incident data for trends and prepare advisory or alert communications
- Implementation and documentation of EH&S required training
- Offers innovative solutions to solve difficult issues and leads employees and contractors to work in a safe team environment
- Participates and/or Lead 6S Teams in developing, improving, and executing programs that align with the companies Key Performance Indicators
- Act as the primary contact for the facilities safety and maintenance
- Maintain supplies and workflow in both the safety and maintenance departments

Celebrating four decades in the landscaping domain, Scag, in conjunction with its parent company Metalcraft of Mayville, has unveiled their latest masterpiece: the Scag V-Ride XL.
MAYVILLE - Metalcraft of Mayville Inc. acquired Bluebird Turf Products of Auburn Hills, Michigan, on Oct. 9.
In 1986, Metalcraft purchased Scag Power Equipment, marking the beginning of a tremendous period of growth for the company.
Gerald had worked as a dairy farmer and then retired from Metalcraft of Mayville.
Hoping to boost capacity for lawn mowers and other equipment, Scag parent company Metalcraft of Mayville Inc. bought Robbins Manufacturing Inc. in Fall River, Wisc.
