Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in acquisitions and contract management
  • Experience in federal acquisition regulations, Other Transactions (OTs), and R&D contracting
  • Experience in interacting and communicating with senior-level executives, including SES or GS-15
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Master's degree
Responsibilities
  • Provide pre- and post-contract management support of Other Transactions (OTs)
  • Work with executive-level clients to support large acquisitions
  • Support technical evaluations and award of contracts
  • Interact with clients, government officials, and other executives in various sectors
