Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of engineering and or coding development experience with a desire to focus on musculoskeletal modeling.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and apply detailed musculoskeletal models using platforms such as OpenSim, OpenSim MOCO, AnyBody or similar tools to simulate human movement and musculoskeletal dynamics.
  • Design, develop, and apply finite element, implicit and explicit techniques and meshless analysis to orthopedic designs.
  • Incorporate medical imaging data (MRI, CT) into patient-specific models and simulations for enhanced clinical analyses. Including segmentation methods.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of simulations by validating and verifying models against experimental data, clinical studies, or comparative trials.
