Care.com connects families with caregivers for children, seniors, and pets through an online marketplace. Families can search for caregivers based on their specific needs, such as childcare, senior care, or pet care. The platform allows users to view caregiver profiles, which include background checks and reviews from other families. Care.com operates mainly in the United States but also has a presence in other countries. Unlike many competitors, Care.com uses a subscription model, where families pay to access caregiver information and additional services like payroll management and insurance.
