- Currently hold an active New York insurance license in the applicable line(s) of authority.
- Pass the applicable New York licensing exam within the past three years and provide a passing score report from the NYS testing vendor (PSI Exams).
- In addition, must meet at least one of the following qualifications: Hold a CPCU designation (Property & Casualty) or CLU designation (Life, Accident & Health); or Have three or more years of qualifying industry experience in the applicable line(s) of insurance (e.g., sales, underwriting, claims adjusting, or training).
- Strong professional standing with no disciplinary history.
- Comfortable working in a remote, online education environment.
- Serve as the Instructor of Record for New York prelicensing coursework delivered in an online format
- Review and attest to course completion records as required by state regulation
- Remain available for occasional student questions or administrative correspondence related to course oversight
- Maintain active licensure and any required instructor credentials throughout the engagement
