Responsibilities
  • Maintain, monitor, and publish content for parish social media accounts as directed by the supervisor.
  • Assist with coordinating and implementing parish communication strategies, including executing social media strategies.
  • Support program staff by developing dynamic presentations for meetings and public speaking.
  • Assist with designing and coordinating email, letter, and digital marketing campaigns and support marketing efforts for program staff.
  • Assist with preparing the parish bulletin.
  • Support the production and distribution of internal and external communications.
  • Assist with gathering licenses and permissions for media usage.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the department.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • An associate degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field, supplemented by two or more years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is helpful.
