Requirements
  • Fluency in Python and R
  • Advanced experience developing custom SQL
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, understanding the digital analytics and marketing landscape
  • Excellent understanding of the online measurement ecosystem and media performance metrics
  • Experience with Snowflake, Azure or other data extraction, transformation, and storage tools
  • Hands-on experience developing and implementing statistical models, with expertise in analyzing complex datasets, interpreting results, and presenting clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Practical experience applying AI techniques to real-world problems, including designing, training, and deploying models that drive measurable business or research outcomes.
  • Knowledge of collecting and storing data using data transfer/ETL tools, and experience with Secured Storage (sFTP, S3, etc.)
  • Requires excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion within established deadlines
  • The ability and strong desire to innovate with strong problem solving, technical, and communication skills
  • Experience accessing data from ad serving tools
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Sheets, Looker and more
Responsibilities
  • Work with the internal teams, external partners, and the client to assess analytical needs.
  • Grow credibility with clients by exceeding expectations and delivering best-in-class insights.
  • Serve the client team as an expert on the industry and client-specific strategic issues.
  • Plan, facilitate and oversee the development of tools that expand upon automation capabilities
  • Take lead on projects and contribute to the evolution of processes by working with the team as well as independently with the goal of driving efficiency
  • Manage creation, implementation, validation and ongoing support of data science solutions
  • Develop and refine best practices and documentation around onboarding and usability
  • Contribute to the company's knowledge base by creating and sharing case studies and POVs
  • Mentor members of the team to develop analysis expertise, as well as career management
