Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ensuring day-to-day customer activities related to pharmaceutical distribution services as outlined by the national contract.
  • Liaison between customers and appropriate McKesson internal departments, support teams, cross business unit collaboration if applicable.
  • Conduct training (internal & external), education on McKesson technology & applicable programs (i.e. QBR, McKesson Connect, Mobile Manager, CSOS).
  • Customer pre-call planning to include but not limited to report generation, identification of customer initiatives, quarterly business review, industry knowledge.
  • Consistent utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software as outlined by the contractual commitments.
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships, foster and grow relationships with key stakeholders internal (i.e. OPS, Regulatory, etc.) and external (i.e. VISN Chief, etc.).
  • Scheduled travel to onsite customer locations as required by contract.
  • Other duties as assigned by VPS (i.e. training, new account implementations, etc.)
