Articles | august 5, 2026 welcoming Kate Armado to Ambrose Advisors. I am pleased to announce that Kate Armado has joined Ambrose Advisors as Vice President. She will lead business development for its investment banking division. Kate has spent more than fifteen years in commercial banking, leveraged finance, and buy-side M&A. Her work centers on small and middle-market companies. She helps owners who are thinking through capital raising, debt structuring, and the corporate finance decisions that come with growth or transition. Before joining AmbroseAdvisors, Kate served as Senior Vice President for Business Development at Enterprise Bank & Trust, where she expanded the bank's presence across Los Angeles and Orange County. She worked closely with family-owned and privately held companies, building financial solutions around what those businesses actually needed. She played a key role in growing Enterprise's California portfolio and was recognized with the 2025 President's Award and the 2024 Sales Leadership Award. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Financial Analyst at a publicly traded investment advisory firm, supporting senior leaders of Fortune 500 companies. Kate has built a network across Southern California that is grounded in trust rather than transactions. Clients feel that in the first conversation. She listens before she advises. She is generous with her time and with the people she knows, and that generosity is exactly what AmbroseAdvisors want its culture to look like as AmbroseAdvisors grow. Its work is ultimately about serving owners well, and Kate is the kind of person who takes that seriously. Outside the office, Kate serves on the Business Council for Festival of Children and has volunteered with the Pacific Marine Mammal Center and March of Dimes. She and her husband have four children, and she stays closely involved in her school community through PTA collaboration and classroom support. Kate holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside. Welcome to the team, Kate. - Phillip Chou, Senior Managing Director and Co-Founder
