  • Drive the recruitment and development of top-tier sales talent
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy focused on growing the brand sector and maximizing revenue opportunities
  • Establish sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance metrics to track and optimize team performance
  • Create a sales playbook and structured processes to streamline lead generation, customer acquisition, and closing cycles
  • Identify new market opportunities and refine the go-to-market strategy
  • Continuously assess the performance of the sales team and make data-driven adjustments
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key brand clients and potential customers
