Full-Time / Summer Internship & Co-op Opportunities
Whether you are looking for an internship or are ready for full-time work, the Benesch program provides meaningful training and hands-on experience. As a multi-disciplined engineering and professional services firm, Benesch will help you grow your skills and explore the A/E/C industry.
Our summer internship and co-op programs allow you to work side-by-side with industry professionals on real-world projects while receiving the training, resources, and support to develop a well-rounded set of skills.

The Impact You Will Have:
- Develop task deliverables or perform field assignments in a complete manner.
- Perform tasks on schedule.
- Work independently under the guidance of a Supervisor.
- The primary work assignments may include working on various planning, design or construction projects for a wide variety of clients.
What We Are Looking For:
- Current undergraduates working toward an Associate or Bachelor of Science in an applicable professional discipline.
- Flexible work schedule to allow for a weekend or out-of-town work when necessary.
- Familiar with CAD-integrated software.
- Excellent verbal/written communication with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize assignments and stay organized.
