- Data/spreadsheet inventory of tools, equipment & materials
- Follow industry safety practices
- 5-7 years in a carpentry related field
- High School or equivalent
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Valid driver’s license
- Perform various repairs and/or installations of walls, doors, flooring, and ceilings
- Fabrication, assembly, installation, campus general repairs
- Perform a wide range of utility maintenance functions
- Assist other tradecrafts as needed
- Eyewash and safety shower testing
