Responsibilities
  • Support a global wealth management team in delivering exceptional client service and experience
  • Manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate and timely results
  • Work directly with sophisticated ultra-high net worth clients including corporate executives, business owners, multigeneration families and complex layered entities on daily inquiries and account servicing
  • Keep management systems up-to-date with client information
  • Educate clients on account services and capabilities
  • Accurately collect documentation for service requests
  • Collaborate with all team members on various projects; including to ensure that client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
