  • 5+ years of enterprise inside sales or business development-related sales experience
  • Familiarity with selling SaaS-based products and solutions
  • CRM experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of warehouse automation, logistics, and/or robotics
  • Experience with tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach, and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Passion for selling and commitment to developing as an account executive
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Arrange and present introductory calls to qualify opportunities and share the background of Dexterity with prospects
  • Conduct individual account research to collect more info and understand them better
  • Connect, promote, and market Dexterity through consistent engagement with top prospective accounts
  • Provide thorough information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive opportunity handoff
  • Research and evaluate additional leads/contacts through web research and outreach
  • Maintain all activity, account, contact, and opportunity information accurately in Salesforce/HubSpot
