Its products—such as the Loop Control Suite and Parcel Contract Intelligence—use machine learning to identify potential overpayments before they occur, and operate as a SaaS solution with a dedicated customer success team. This combination differentiates Loop from competitors by combining data unification, proactive AI-driven insights, and a hands-on service model to streamline freight audit and payments. The company's goal is to turn freight audit from a cost center into a strategic advantage, improving working capital and financial clarity across global logistics operations.
