  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Work with Enterprise sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with Enterprise stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to Enterprise stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with Enterprise sales reps
  • Coordinate educational content for Enterprise ongoing training
  • Facilitate content creation and use with Enterprise sales and marketing teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the Enterprise enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the Enterprise sales team
  • Design and deliver standard SFDC workflows for all AE's to ensure proper data is being captured
  • Design and deliver training for the standard workflow for all Enterprise AE's use of sales tools. How and when to use certain tools to improve efficiency across the team and enhance data tracking
  • Working with Enterprise leadership to design and implement a formal MEDDICC and Command of the Message and other enterprise level training programs
  • Design and deliver a formal Sales-Product feedback process
