We are looking for a passionate, high-performing Sales Enablement Manager with 3-10 years of experience in client-facing, management-level roles within the SaaS space. You’ll be coming in to create robust enablement programs for our Enterprise leadership and Account executives.

What you’ll do:

• Work with Enterprise sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
• Determine sales enablement priorities with Enterprise stakeholders
• Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to Enterprise stakeholders
• Build a trusted relationship with Enterprise sales reps
• Coordinate educational content for Enterprise ongoing training
• Facilitate content creation and use with Enterprise sales and marketing teams
• Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the Enterprise enablement strategy
• Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the Enterprise sales team
• Design and deliver standard SFDC workflows for all AE’s to ensure proper data is being captured. 
• Design and deliver training for the standard workflow for all Enterprise AE’s use of sales tools. How and when to use certain tools to improve efficiency across the team and enhance data tracking
• Working with Enterprise leadership to design and implement a formal MEDDICC and Command of the Message and other enterprise level training programs
• Design and deliver a formal Sales-Product feedback process

What you’ll bring:

• 3 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS
• Successful background with creating, developing, and enabling sales reps and leaders
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and performance management skills

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected base salary ranges for this role are set forth below. 

Tier 1: $140,250 - $173,250

Tier 2: $126,255 - $155,925

Tier 3: $112,200 - $138,600
