Requirements
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
  • The candidate must be at least 18 years old.
  • The candidate must be able to move, lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds constantly and remain on their feet for 3 to 8 consecutive hours.
  • The candidate must have reliable transportation.
  • The candidate must possess and provide a valid state driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance coverage, unless using another means of transportation.
  • The candidate must have access to and be able to use a smartphone capable of running required company software for ordering, GPS tracking, and time recording.
  • The candidate must be computer literate and able to operate a smartphone or tablet, use applications and the internet, and perform company business tasks.
  • The candidate must be able to read, speak, and understand English.
  • The candidate must have strong attention to detail and be able to follow visual merchandising instructions.
  • The candidate must have basic mechanical aptitude for installing fixtures and hardware.
  • The candidate must be able to work independently and within a team.
  • The candidate must manage time efficiently across multiple locations and meet tight deadlines.
  • The candidate must be able to use manual and power tools.
  • The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • The candidate must be able to read and follow planograms and assemble store fixtures and displays.
  • The candidate must be familiar with mobile reporting tools or willing to learn.
Responsibilities
  • Travel to assigned grocery retail locations according to a predetermined 13-week schedule.
  • Install merchandising hardware, including clip strips and related display components.
  • Execute initial product placement according to planograms and company standards.
  • Ensure that displays are properly secured, visually appealing, and compliant with store requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed installations, including required photos and reporting.
  • Communicate with team members, supervisors, and store personnel.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation or merchandising issues in the field.
  • Follow safe work practices at all times.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Complete special projects and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Desired Qualifications
  • One to two years of previous merchandising, grocery, or retail sales experience is preferred.
