Responsibilities
  • Supervise Parker’s existing Sales team and oversee headcount expansion
  • Expand the current closing role into the opening and closing roles
  • Work with upper management on setting responsibilities, daily tasks and sales objectives for opening and closing IC roles
  • Create a product-focused standardized scaleable playbook that aims to achieve a high velocity sales cycle
  • Do call reviews and call monitors with the objective of coaching reps to meet sales objectives
  • Work with management on setting appropriate sales targets and comp plans for current and prospective roles
  • Opportunity for a fast-tracked promotion contingent on meeting objectives and delegating day-to-day team management
