Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of the Sales Process with experience as an automotive Sales Manager or Internet Manager
  • Proficient with use of multiple platforms (CRM, DMS, Excel)
  • Must have strong organizational skills, and the ability to read and understand manufacturer programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to solving complex problems
Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional sales process offering a complete solution (vehicle, upfitting, F&I products) on every proposal
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and work with the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
  • Manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
  • Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all employees and customers
  • Become an expert in your role so as to best represent the #1 Van Dealer in the country
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B or commercial equipment sales a plus but not required
  • Ability to work as part of a high functioning team
  • Like organization and structure so you can accomplish a high workload of tasks on a daily basis
