  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within Human Capital Management Systems, Global Expansion, or International HR
  • 5+ years of experience in prospect or customer-facing pre-sales or account management roles
  • Experience researching and generating leads with the ability to find applicable insights from data
  • Familiarity with cross-border merger and acquisition transactions
Responsibilities
  • Establishing communication and engagement with prospects that are both technical and non-technical
  • Collaborate within our teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Work with the sales team to understand client requirements and challenges
  • Develop and present compelling and customized product demonstrations and presentations
  • Understand the clients' challenges, develop solutions, and turn the concepts into reality
  • Provide technical support for complex channel partner engagements, which may have involvement with multiple project teams across Velocity Global
