- Design architectures and deploy mobile device management solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/System Center Configuration Manager, Intune, Jamf, and Workspace ONE.
- Create and deploy application packages based on client needs.
- Secure workstations using appropriate measures and tools, including antivirus, firewalls, encryption, endpoint detection and response, Group Policy Objects, and conditional access.
- Maintain and contribute to workstation lifecycle management.
- Design the workplace environment with a user-oriented approach.
- Define provisioning through original equipment manufacturers and partners.
- Define workstation baselines for Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Implement modern deployment solutions such as Autopilot and automation solutions such as Microsoft Graph API and Power Automate.
