About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic GenAI Product Owner to join our Business Technology (BizTech) team. In this role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives that drive innovation across our Go-to-market, legal, and finance domains. Your primary focus will be on reducing SG&A expenses and improving operational efficiency through cutting-edge AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful GenAI products that enhance both customer and internal experiences, positioning our organization at the forefront of AI-driven transformation.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Define Product Vision and Strategy: Lead the development of a clear product vision and strategy for GenAI-powered products, focusing on innovative solutions that address key business challenges in Go-to-market, legal, and finance domains.
- Develop and Manage Roadmaps: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap for GenAI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and managing stakeholder expectations, with a particular emphasis on reducing SG&A expenses and improving operational efficiency.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with teams from data science, engineering, design, compliance, legal, and various business units to ensure seamless execution of GenAI projects.
- Act as Voice of the Customer: Be the primary advocate for user needs, ensuring that all GenAI solutions are designed with the user in mind and effectively solve real-world problems.
- Oversee Execution and Delivery: Manage the day-to-day execution of GenAI projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of all roadmap items.
- Drive Innovation: Foster a culture of rapid experimentation and innovation, sourcing and testing new ideas to continuously improve GenAI solutions.
- Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to guide product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Communicate Effectively: Produce clear, high-quality communication materials to explain complex technical concepts to diverse internal audiences, ensuring all stakeholders understand the impact of GenAI initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a relevant role.
- Significant experience in AI/ML and GenAI, with a track record of delivering successful products.
- Familiarity with Go-to-market, legal, and finance domains.
- Expertise in developing and executing product roadmaps within complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and OKRs.
- Focus on reducing SG&A expenses and improving operations through innovative GenAI solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable strategies and roadmaps.
- Passion for leveraging AI to solve business problems and enhance customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and their application in business settings.
- Experience in leading 0 to 1 product management efforts resulting in measurable business outcomes.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$171,000 per year - USD$190,000 per year.
For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$171,000 per year - USD$190,000 per year.
