  • Actively visit retail stores in market to train, support and recommend Best Practices on Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Store Appearance, Selling Techniques and Store Layout
  • Build Reporting standards in Power BI to shared weekly with Regional Leadership
  • Required Strong Sales Experience and Product Knowledge to coach and improve teams' performance
  • Motivate and support retail teams and provide specific and timely feedback through coaching and corrective action to improve personal and regional performance
  • Lead by example and empower partners to do what it takes to create an exceptional guest experience
  • Manage and develop guest service skills of each manager to ensure each guest receives friendly service upon each visit to stores
  • Assess and develop talent within the team for future growth
  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 4-6 years of retail management experience
  • Requires 2-4 years of multi -unit management experience
  • Bi-lingual: Fluent in English and Spanish, preferred if also fluent in Portuguese
  • Able to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
  • Establish high leadership standards for performance and set clear expectations for region
  • Effective Communicator and Motivator to engage Retail teams
  • Supervise and ensure compliance with all company policies and directives
  • Maintain an uncompromising level of business ethics and integrity
  • Meet or exceed financial projections and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
