Responsibilities
  • Compile regional quality KPIs and create periodic reports
  • Ensure that plant employees are meeting the quality food safety compliance agenda
  • Take corrective actions and undergo continuous improvement activities
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout manufacturing plants and business processes
  • Support the implementation of quality and food safety systems to ensure compliance with QCMS, policies, and HACCP standards
  • Attend and contribute at quality food safety related communities of practices
  • Provide technical support and input
  • Offer expertise in the delivery of I2M projects according to regional requirements
  • Share best practices among different manufacturing sites
  • Participate in product and process design development by providing quality input
