Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of a suite of blended learning solutions globally
  • Accelerate the global development of critical skills and capabilities
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to diagnose training needs
  • Develop a learning strategy that drives the desired behavioural change
  • Lead the development of upskilling solutions
  • Support content curation for areas
  • Manage the delivery of workshops, webinars, lunch and learns etc.
  • Support management of relevant communities of practice
  • Establish and maintain strong links to internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with wider HR, regional leads to promote awareness
  • Manage communications and stakeholder management plans
  • Define and execute evaluation approaches to measure the success
  • Management of programme administration and set up on the LMS
