You Have:
10+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
Experience with structural engineering in support of aircraft requirement definition, development, integration, and testing
Experience with performing system requirements development and verification methods, including review of requirement documents, DOORS, system modeling, test and evaluation, and airworthiness certification
Experience with leading technical discussions for structure analysis and system engineering during project planning and review sessions and in informal interactions with the client or outside agencies
Ability to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for an aircraft modification program
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering
Nice If You Have:
Experience with aircraft system integration in development, integration, and testing
Experience in analyzing or reviewing safety critical items for compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and procedures
Experience with recommending corrective action, when necessary
Experience with engineering review and analysis of weapon system contractor proposals and technical documentation in support of the DoD aircraft and system integration
Experience with providing inputs and recommendations for programmatic, engineering, test briefings, planning efforts, execution, documentation activities, and reviews
Knowledge of aircraft systems and subsystems to identify and assess form, fit, and function capabilities
Knowledge of DoD 5000 series policies, procedures, and processes
Top Secret clearance
Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
