  • 10+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
  • Experience with structural engineering in support of aircraft requirement definition, development, integration, and testing
  • Experience with performing system requirements development and verification methods, including review of requirement documents, DOORS, system modeling, test and evaluation, and airworthiness certification
  • Experience with leading technical discussions for structure analysis and system engineering during project planning and review sessions and in informal interactions with the client or outside agencies
  • Ability to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for an aircraft modification program
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering
