  • Manage monthly international payroll operations, coordinating with local payroll providers and internal teams to deliver pay accurately, timely, effectively, within all regulatory, labor and tax guidelines
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate general ledger reporting and reconciliations
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous process improvement to ensure efficiency and effectiveness to support the company's growth
  • Provide prompt, professional, and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions, and other payroll-related questions
  • Ensure payroll processes are administered in compliance with internal company policies, as well as applicable country, federal and state regulations or legislation, including applicable wage and hour regulations
  • Provide ad hoc payroll reporting as needed
  • Additional responsibilities include management of global payroll service implementations, coordination with teams to integrate payroll systems with other upstream and downstream systems, and leading or participating in other global initiatives
  • Assist senior leadership in defining strategic plans relate to global payroll operations, including HRIS/payroll system assessment
  • Process equity transactions as they relate to payroll
  • Own registration process for new state tax compliance
