Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition and full-cycle recruitment
  • Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience with a strong record of success filling positions at all corporate levels
  • Experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems
  • Experience using recruiting technologies or applicant tracking systems
Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to understand their hiring needs and strategize on how to identify the right talent, proactively communicating with them throughout the process
  • Use a variety of methods to identify talent including client and employee referrals, online applications, recruiting agencies, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Screen candidates through conversation before presenting to client for feedback
  • Drive consistency with candidate selection by providing stakeholder advisory throughout the recruiting process
  • Be an ambassador of Freese and Nichols, ensuring each candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the final result of engagement
  • Support requisition workloads in other areas as needed
  • During peaks in the university recruiting season you will help support our university recruiting strategy including attending career fairs
Desired Qualifications
  • 4+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition and full-cycle recruitment including screening, sourcing, and client management in a high volume, highly competitive environment
  • Experience with Workday as an ATS
