Provide administrative support to the executive team.
Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments.
Handle incoming communications (phone calls, emails, etc.) and respond as necessary.
Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist with various office management tasks as required.
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or similar will be a plus.
