Requirements
  • Previous Motor Trade underwriting experience (i.e. knowledge covering road, property and liability risks)
  • Strong ability to analyse risks and communicate and present effectively to brokers and/or customers
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a large complex organisation
  • Confident trading abilities with a broad panel of brokers and good knowledge of the FCA and other relevant regulation and legislation
  • Strong commercial business acumen to create and deliver business cases
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with brokers and customers to gain a deeper understanding of their needs
  • Deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to the requirements of each customer/client
  • Showcase excellent organisation and time management skills, including managing your own diary successfully within a fast-paced environment
  • Conduct regular face-to-face broker meetings
