Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, production, or hands-on assembly experience is required.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are required to work with small, precision components.
  • Experience using a microscope and basic measuring equipment, such as calipers and a comparator, is required.
  • The ability to follow written instructions and detailed procedures is required.
  • Basic math and measurement skills are required.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment is required.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds is required.
  • The ability to read and write English is required.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble and produce prepped components, subassemblies, and finished goods parts using a microscope and manufacturing equipment, including grinders, rubber wheels, satin wheels, bead blasters, micro blasters, armor presses, and steamers.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment as required.
  • Perform detailed work involving small or precision components, including microscope-based assembly as applicable.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, quality system procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Verify product quality through visual inspection and basic measurement techniques.
  • Accurately complete production, quality, and traceability documentation.
  • Meet production targets and takt time requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support cross-training and assist in other manufacturing areas as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and team-based problem solving.
  • Support overtime and flexible scheduling based on business needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in medical device, regulated manufacturing, or cleanroom environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices, International Organization for Standardization standards, or Food and Drug Administration-regulated environments is preferred.
