Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to day-shift and afternoon-shift supervisors in planning and coordinating production-process activities.
  • Enter, print, and update all orders on the tally sheet daily.
  • Monitor emails, communicate with the supervisor, and reply in a timely manner.
  • Monitor product inventory, enter inventory information on the tally sheet, and email it to the primary plant.
  • Prepare weekly projections based on add volume and update them when actual orders arrive.
  • Review CFS-related reports for additions or cancellations.
  • Prepare, update, and submit required weekly reports to senior management.
  • Monitor and maintain turkey procedures, production, orders, projections, cancellations, additions, reports, and schedules, and ensure timely communication with suppliers and managers.
  • Monitor and maintain intercompany transfers, schedules, labor, and emails.
  • Print product labels for production.
  • Print fresh bag orders one month in advance, update them daily, and adjust the bagging schedule sheet.
  • Print daily production reports.
  • Prepare the downtime sheet and provide it to the plant manager daily.
  • Maintain records of knife receiving and disposal.
  • Prepare month-end reports after receiving production data.
  • Send daily production sheets to Quality Control.
  • Prepare the organic production sheet.
  • Maintain records of all purchase orders in place.
  • Assist with supervisory duties as required, including vacation and sick coverage.
  • Perform other duties as required.
