Requirements
  • Level 3 - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related contracts professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of related contracts professional experience
  • Level 4 - Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related contracts professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of related contracts professional experience
  • Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements
  • Knowledge of multiple contract types including Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials or Cost-Plus Fixed Fee
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
  • Contract guidance on Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) requirements and compliance
  • Delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Data Accession List (DAL) items
  • Partners with Program Contracting Officer
  • Supports Supply Chain Manager in subcontract execution compliance
  • Contract interpretation and execution
  • Program Change Requests (PCR) review and approval
  • Proposal cost volume coordination and contractual adherence
  • General contract compliance oversight
  • Program market research and proposals
  • Represent the program office to the customer in matters of a contractual nature
  • Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience within aerospace or defense
  • Experience with incentive fee and award fee contract types
  • Contract Management Certification (Certified Professional Contract Manager, Certified Commercial Contract Manager, Certified Federal Contract Manager, Certified Contract Management Associate)
