Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) with nursing or transplant coordinator certification
  • BSN Required
  • 3-5 years experience working in a transplant center, clinical diagnostics, or academic field
  • Ability to easily develop relationships and influence others
  • Self starter with bias for action
  • Demonstrate detailed understanding of the patient journey for transplant recipients
  • Knowledge of molecular biology and immunology helpful
  • Experience in establishing strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, R&D) and external customers
  • Outgoing and confident
  • Independent thinker and persuasive communicator
Responsibilities
  • A BSN is required to be eligible for this role
  • Provide expert-level support and develop deep relationships with transplant coordinators and center staff
  • Educate external patient care specialists as well as internal team members on post-transplant care
  • Act as a cross functional expert across lab operations, clinical operations and reimbursement
  • Develop best practices for Prospera Clinic Operations within Natera
  • Work with Transplant clinics to improve their logistics to easily integrate Prospera
  • Problem solve with clinical and sales staff in the field
  • Special projects and other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
  • This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and has access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job
  • Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire
  • Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements
  • Special projects and other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
  • This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and has access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job
  • Occasional travel required (30%)
