  • Education or experience within a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business.
  • Internship(s) completed at a communications agency.
  • Stellar communication skills—written and verbal

  • Demonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across diverse team
  • Demonstrated understanding of agency process, department functions and workflow

Responsibilities
  • Partnering with the Project Manager to ensure all the administrative tasks of the account are executed accurately, timely and maintain our high Dentsu standards
  • Assist in scheduling client meetings, asset management, and writing meeting recaps
  • Owner of the master asset tracker, master budget tracker and internal/client decks and status docs such as the daily hot sheet and bi-weekly status documents. Will also update onboarding materials as needed.
  • Liaison between clients, internal teams, and other agencies as needed
  • Understanding of client’s business and objectives as well as competitors in space. Responsible for competitive tracker on a monthly cadence.
  • Management of all client tools such as their legal approval system, asset management, etc.
  • Management of digital asset creation and trafficking as needed quarterly
  • Management of shipping/trafficking commercials on a regular cadence
  • Support larger team as needed (on-going basis)
  • Creatively/proactively develop solutions to resolve problems
