Requirements
  • Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must complete a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that aligns with the company's safety standard.
  • Must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment accurately.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must have good communication and soft skills.
  • Must have a good driving record.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking kitchen equipment and refrigeration equipment, including grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, and freezers.
  • Communicate the status of part orders and repairs with branch support and customers.
  • Complete service calls accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
  • Ensure the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet the company's safety standards.
  • Meet on-call requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • An automotive, electrical, installation, or mechanical background is a plus.
  • A Journeyman License or CFESA certification is a plus.
