Responsibilities
  • Represent ApplyBoard as a senior ambassador, promoting our mission and values to educational agents, international institutions, and prospective students.
  • Manage enterprise accounts in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the Philippines, ensuring strong partnerships and maximizing student recruitment potential across these regions.
  • Lead the development and execution of scalable recruitment strategies to increase international student enrollment and expand ApplyBoard’s global reach.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with leading agents and educational partners, negotiating impactful agreements and fostering long-term collaboration.
  • Oversee and mentor a high-performing team of recruitment managers, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and organizational goals.
  • Represent ApplyBoard at prominent international education conferences and events, delivering engaging presentations to enhance our brand presence and influence in target markets.
  • Design and implement region-specific campaigns and materials to position ApplyBoard as a top choice for student recruitment and access to global education.
  • Establish and maintain high standards for agent training and performance, ensuring a consistent, high-quality student recruitment process.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for complex challenges, using strong problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions.
  • Leverage CRM systems and digital engagement tools to drive application quality and volume, ensuring efficient communication strategies.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to identify growth opportunities, optimize strategies, and enhance market penetration.
  • Develop and execute innovative digital marketing initiatives to connect with diverse student demographics and build strong brand loyalty.
  • Mentor agents and partners to strengthen their recruitment capabilities while ensuring alignment with ApplyBoard’s mission and standards.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to amplify ApplyBoard’s global presence and help more students access quality education.
