Requirements
  • You are studying business administration, psychology, marketing, social sciences or a similar subject.
  • You have a strong interest in human resources and, ideally, have already gained some practical experience.
  • You are quick on the uptake and curious about new challenges.
  • You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You work independently, in a structured manner and have good communication skills in German and English.
Responsibilities
  • In your role as an HR intern, you will be closely involved and experience the entire HR working group first-hand. You will be involved in recruiting and will cooperate with experts from the specialist department.
  • The aim of your internship is to organise interviews, prepare and follow up on them, and conduct job interviews independently.
  • You will assist with applicant management and learn about the entire recruitment process from A to Z, from job advertisements to the induction of new employees.
  • You will initially assist with and, by the end of your internship, independently conduct applicant interviews (via video) for intern positions and moderate job interviews.
  • You will assist with various administrative tasks in the HR department (e.g. contract creation, preparation of presentations, offboarding, etc.).
  • You will contribute to our strategy development and actively develop our content management.
  • You will gain insight into the inner workings of a company. As part of our HR team, you will learn about recruiting, employer development, people & culture and become familiar with various formats of feedback meetings.
  • Based on your skills, you will choose a strategic topic and lead your own project.

Analysys Mason announces record FY2026 results and growth plans under new CEO. 21 April 2026 Analysys Mason expands into new sectors and appoints senior leadership team LONDON, UK Analysys Mason has achieved record-breaking revenue growth in its financial year ending February 2026, growing at 17% to reach GBP76 million. The firm delivered more than 600 projects to businesses, investors and governments worldwide, increased its headcount to 430, promoted 125 consultants and analysts, and strengthened its leadership team through internal appointments and senior hires in France, Germany, Sweden and the UK. This growth is being driven by the commitment and expertise of its people, by its strong client retention and by an expanding client base, supported by new offerings - including the launch of Analysys Mason's Transformation Practice. Under the leadership of Mark Billige, who was announced as CEO in November 2025, the company is embarking on a plan to grow its business substantially over the next 10 years.
