Requirements
  • BSEE or equivalent degree
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in hardware lab environments, including proficiency with oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Experience in debugging networking hardware.
  • Hands-on expertise in reworking connectors, ICs, and passive components such as resistors and capacitors.
  • Familiarity with Linux and other command-line environments.
  • Experience collaborating with hardware and software engineers to set up and run complex measurements or tests.
  • Working knowledge of PC systems.
  • Proficiency in assembling and configuring PC hardware.
Responsibilities
  • Conducting first-level failure analysis and bug fixes on shipping ODM and CM products, working closely with the sustaining team.
  • Performing PCBA bring-up using tools such as multimeters, signal analyzers, oscilloscopes, and voltage/current sources.
  • Executing EDVT measurements and processes.
  • Setting up and running network traffic test equipment.
  • Supporting EFT shipments and prototype distribution.
  • Performing basic PCB component rework and mechanical assembly/disassembly.
  • Summarizing data for engineering reviews.
  • Supporting simple system debugging, running diagnostic commands, and probing signals with oscilloscopes or multimeters.
  • Programming and updating system programmable devices, such as CPLDs, FPGAs, microcontrollers, and onboard power supplies.
