Requirements
  • Currently a graduate or advanced undergraduate student in an accredited degree program pursuing a degree in Chemistry, or closely related disciplines
  • Strong data analysis capabilities (Excel, Matlab, Python)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and interested in working in a team environment
  • Great work ethic and an enthusiasm for problem-solving
  • Good presentation, writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work at least 8-16 hours per week as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
  • You will work alongside and under the guidance of experienced scientists and will be part of a fast-paced multidisciplinary team at the forefront of innovation
  • Assist in the execution of experiments involving development of aerosol generation protocols for the interrogation of chemical aerosol clouds
  • Perform daily data collections and assist with instrument modifications
  • Develop test methods and procedures for use in material characterization
  • Analyze and interpret data independently based on critical thinking and the use of statistic tools.
  • Document work and be able to communicate findings and reasoning with other team members
