Requirements
  • Minimum four (4) years' relevant experience
  • Prior experience in a healthcare consulting, healthcare data and analytics, healthcare technology, or within a life sciences commercial function is strongly preferred
  • In-depth understanding of biopharmaceutical product commercialization, including market dynamics, economics, and the customer landscape
  • In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and solution deployment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong technology experience including programming (SQL, Python, R), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and/or data science techniques (AI, ML, NLP)
  • Advanced consulting and project management acumen
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to working in a team environment with an emphasis on collaboration and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing commercial analytics projects with life sciences clients
  • Responsible for providing input and expertise to support the development of commercial analytics products
  • Manage multiple mid to large-sized projects and teams
  • Conceptualize the scope of projects for clients
  • Demonstrate advanced subject matter expertise to solve complex client problems
  • Engage clients with novel solutions and ideas
  • Create both strategic and tactical recommendations for clients
  • Make meaningful business development and sales contributions
  • Write Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Solve complex client issues in a timely and appropriate manner with minimal management oversight
  • Mentor, supervise, and train staff members
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer
