  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Communication, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and development of professional learning solutions.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional methodologies, and curriculum development frameworks.
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate) and content management within an LMS.
  • Experience with video/audio editing and graphic design tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to create detailed storyboards and instructional design documents for both digital and in-person learning.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with learning analytics and experience generating data-driven insights and reporting from LMS and assessment platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-impact learning solutions, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), job aids, and interactive course materials.
  • Manage the end-to-end instructional design process: needs analysis, content development, storyboarding, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure training content meets business and learner needs.
  • Translate complex, technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for adult learners.
  • Apply learning science and adult learning principles to optimize knowledge transfer and learner engagement.
  • Utilize instructional design software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate) and multimedia tools (e.g., Camtasia) to produce interactive and multimedia-rich training materials.
  • Maintain and organize content within the Learning Management System (LMS); generate training reports and manage learning analytics.
  • Stay current with industry trends in learning experience design (LxD), learning technologies, and best practices in instructional design.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to processes and systems.

Aramsco Inc. signed a 117,000-squre-foot lease at one building within Greek Real Estate Partners and Advance Realty Investors‘ seven-building, 3.2 million-square-foot industrial development complex in Logan Township.Located at 301 Crossroads Blvd. at Logan North, Aramsco, a distributor of products and services for various industries such as restoration, remediation, cleaning and facility maintenance, took 117,000 square feet of space inside the 274,524-square-foot building, which features 40-foot clear height; 42 dock doors; two drive-in doors; 188 parking spaces; 58 trailer parking spaces; and built-to-suit office space.Logan North stretches more than a mile of frontage along Route 322 to the east, and Interstate 295 to the south, offering superior access to major transportation infrastructure and the nation’s largest consumer base.
