- Proven experience (7+ years) in a revenue operations or yield management role within the digital advertising industry.
- In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, ad networks, and digital advertising ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of advertising technology and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms and revenue management tools.
- Oversee trading deal negotiation and management
- Ensure alignment to overall pricing strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize yield across advertising inventory, ensuring maximum revenue potential for all ad placements.
- Monitor ad performance and conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities for increased yield and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to adapt our approach for sustained revenue growth.
- Oversee and maintain the rate card, working closely with the Sales team to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Regularly review and update pricing structures to reflect changes in the market and enhance overall profitability.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design creative packaging and pricing strategies that align with client needs and market demand.
- Ensure pricing consistency and integrity across all advertising products and platforms.
- Establish and enforce pricing guidelines and policies to prevent revenue leakage and maintain transparent pricing practices.
- Partner with the Ad Operations team to optimize ad delivery and minimize ad discrepancies, improving overall ad performance.
- Work closely with Ad Ops to resolve technical issues that may impact revenue delivery and ad inventory.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue reports and performance metrics to track key KPIs and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Utilize data analysis to identify revenue trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and implement revenue growth initiatives.
- Support Sales in revenue forecasting and budgeting exercise
- Collaborate with Finance on revenue recognition (where required)
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
