Kaseya unveils open AI platform as it shifts focus from acquisitions to integration. Kaseya has detailed the next phase of its AI strategy, centred on an open platform designed to connect data across its portfolio, automate routine IT operations, and help MSPs deliver more value-added services published 4 hours ago Kaseya has outlined an ambitious plan to unify its sprawling product portfolio around a common data layer, open APIs, and AI-driven automation, as the vendor seeks to move beyond its acquisition-led past and position itself for what it calls the era of autonomous IT. The announcement, made at Kaseya Connect Europe in Prague this week, marks a strategic shift for a company that's spent much of the past decade expanding through acquisitions. Rather than adding more products, execs are now focused on integrating the technologies already inside the portfolio. "We're doing the hard work to connect the data and open up the APIs," Kaseya CEO Rania Succar told ChannelPro. Focus shifts to platform architecture. The strategy is being led by CTO Pratik Wadher, who joined the company last year and has been tasked with building a common platform architecture across Kaseya's product set. The long-term goal is to create a unified data layer capable of supporting AI agents that can automate ticket triage, remediation, reporting, onboarding, and other routine operational tasks. How do you look after information security professionals properly? 0 seconds of 1 minute, 25 seconds Volume 0% Succar argued that many vendors have focused on adding AI features without first addressing the underlying data challenges. "We're actually doing the hard work to connect the data and open up the APIs," she said, adding that AI becomes easier once those foundations are in place. Elsewhere, Kaseya is expanding API access to allow MSPs to build their own integrations, customer experiences, and business intelligence capabilities on top of the platform.
Kaseya previews next evolution of Kaseya Intelligence at Connect Europe 2026. Introducing an open platform to help MSPs scale faster and improve service delivery by bringing advanced insights and automation into the tools IT teams use every day. PRAGUE, Czech Republic - Wednesday, 17 June 2026: Kaseya, the leading global provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, has kicked off Kaseya Connect Europe at the Prague Congress Centre by announcing the latest advancements in Kaseya Intelligence, the company's AI engine powering the first agentic IT management platform. Continuing its pace of innovation, Kaseya is previewing the next evolution of Kaseya Intelligence: an open platform built on APIs that delivers insights and automation wherever IT teams work, including the Kaseya platform, Claude and Microsoft Copilot Cowork. By extending beyond the traditional Kaseya user interface, Kaseya Intelligence enables IT teams to access real-time insights and execute workflows directly within the applications and AI assistants they already use. AI-powered agents and Digital Specialists will identify issues, recommend remediation, and, with technician approval, execute tasks, update tickets and generate reports automatically. Early access to these new Kaseya Intelligence capabilities is expected in late 2026, with general availability expected in 2027. "The IT industry has spent years asking technicians to adapt to software," commented Pratik Wadher, chief technology officer, Kaseya. "We decided to change that. With Kaseya Intelligence, we are building the first truly open, agentic IT platform - one that meets technicians inside the tools they already use, including Claude and Microsoft Copilot, and gives them the ability to move from real-time insights to fully automated remediation without ever switching context. That is not a feature; it is a fundamental shift in how IT gets done." "Kaseya Intelligence is changing how we operate as an MSP," said Olav Thijssen, operational support coordinator for Advisor ICT Solutions, a Kaseya customer. "With automation, AI-driven insights and hundreds of core tools available via a single platform, it is helping us to streamline operations and make faster, more informed decisions to scale our business, while delivering a higher level of service for our customers." Showcasing the latest product innovations Kaseya Connect Europe also provides a deeper dive into more than 175 product enhancements delivered across the Kaseya platform in its latest release. Among the recently introduced capabilities are Agentic Digital Specialists, Unified Cyber Resilience and Kaseya SIEM, all powered by Kaseya Intelligence. In addition, the Kaseya platform is actively progressing toward alignment with key European cloud security frameworks, including ENISA's European Cybersecurity Certification Scheme for Cloud Services (EUCS). As compliance requirements such as ISO 27001 and NIS2 continue to grow in complexity, Kaseya is leveraging AI and automation to help MSPs and IT teams close compliance gaps more quickly and easily. Compliance Manager GRC, a Kaseya solution, has officially released support for UK Cyber Essentials v3.3, and Kaseya will be introducing Compliance Monitor Automatic Remediation - a new capability that automatically resolves endpoint compliance issues through Datto RMM. Kaseya accelerates European growth and innovation Throughout Connect Europe, Kaseya will highlight its continued investments across Europe, with a focus on its operations in Munich to better support partners and customers in DACH. This includes distribution agreements across France, Germany and Italy, with the company having appointed Amaury Dutilleul-Francoeur, vice president of distribution and alliance, based in the UK, who will be responsible for building and managing its fast-growing distribution team. "Europe is an extremely important market for Kaseya and it remains central to our long-term growth strategy," said Dermot McCann, Kaseya's executive vice president and general manager, international. "With Kaseya Intelligence, we are bringing advanced insights and automation directly into the tools IT teams already rely on every day. This enables our partners and customers across Europe to operate more efficiently, navigate evolving regulatory requirements with confidence and deliver even greater value to the organisations they support. As we continue to invest in the region, our focus remains on delivering practical innovation that drives meaningful business outcomes." About Kaseya Connect Europe Bringing together more than 1,500 IT professionals, MSPs and industry leaders, Kaseya Connect Europe is designed to help attendees share best practices to grow faster, improve service quality and operate more efficiently.
Kaseya launches MSP Success. Kaseya, provider of AI-driven IT management and cybersecurity software, is launching 'MSP Success'. This is an integrated growth ecosystem in which the company bundles its key acceleration programs. The new platform combines marketing support, peer collaboration and community engagement to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) scale more efficiently and competitively worldwide. The MSP Success initiative is led by Dan Tomaszewski (EVP of Channel), supported by a global team of 140 employees, including Greg Jones (SVP of MSP Success EMEA) and Mike Stodola (VP of Marketing Enablement Strategy). Answer to the biggest MSP challenge: customer acquisition. The core of the new ecosystem is formed by MSP Success Digital Marketing. This platform is specifically designed to increase MSPs' pipeline and strengthen their market position. The launch comes at a time when attracting new customers is becoming increasingly difficult. The recent 2026 Kaseya State of the MSP Report shows that no less than 71 percent of MSPs identify customer acquisition as their biggest business challenge. 'While MSPs excel in technology, many struggle with marketing in a challenging landscape,' explains Dan Tomaszewski. The new marketing platform therefore provides MSPs with tools for conversion-focused websites, traditional search engine optimization (SEO) and the emerging answer engine optimization (AEO) for AI-driven search engines. It also includes features for email and social media campaigns, reputation management and lead optimization. Kaseya offers the program in two variants: Express for building digital visibility, and Pro for advanced marketing automation and strategic support. Bundling of peer programs. In addition to the marketing component, Kaseya brings its existing international peer programs, TruMethods Peer and Technology Marketing Toolkit, together under the MSP Success Peer banner. By consolidating these networks, Kaseya aims to offer IT service providers broader perspectives and deeper collaboration opportunities to solve practical problems. Depending on their size, MSPs can join two different peer programs. Physical meetings take place quarterly in North America, the EMEA region and APAC, interspersed with online sessions. To lead the educational branch of these peer groups, Kaseya has appointed Jay Dixon as Director of MSP Success Peer Education. Dixon is an experienced practitioner who previously served as a 'captain' within the peer program and successfully sold his own MSP company. Central knowledge portal. As a digital starting point for the initiative, Kaseya has launched the website MSPsuccess.com. This central platform functions as an online learning environment where MSPs gain access to frameworks, expert guidance, and practical tools to improve their profitability. At the same time, the website serves as a gateway to the revamped Kaseya customer community, creating a connected network where IT service providers can directly translate insights into commercial action.
IT on autopilot: Kaseya unveils industry's first "Agentic" IT management platform. Kaseya has officially moved the goalposts for IT automation, debuting what it calls the industry's first Agentic IT Management Platform. Announced at the Kaseya Connect Global event on April 28, 2026, the new system shifts away from simple "AI assistants" toward autonomous digital specialists capable of running entire IT workflows without human intervention. The platform is powered by Kaseya Intelligence, a new engine trained on a massive proprietary dataset including one billion help desk tickets, 17 million managed endpoints, and three exabytes of backup data. From copilots to agents: Closing the execution gap While much of the tech industry has focused on "Copilots" that offer suggestions to humans, Kaseya's agentic approach introduces a dedicated execution layer. This allows the AI to not only identify a problem but also fix it. "The industry doesn't need another AI feature bolted onto a disconnected tool," said Kaseya CEO Rania Succar. "What MSPs and IT teams need is a platform that runs their operations. One that sees across every system, understands context, and acts autonomously." The "digital specialist" workforce The launch includes the first wave of Agentic Digital Specialists, AI agents designed to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks that typically bog down human technicians: * Ticket triage specialist: Autonomously categorizes, prioritizes, and routes incoming IT requests with near-perfect accuracy. * Threat containment: Automatically isolates compromised endpoints and remediates security signals across the full attack surface. * Backup verification: Uses AI-driven screenshot verification to confirm data recoverability with 99.9% accuracy. A unified security strategy Alongside the agentic platform, Kaseya announced the general availability of Kaseya SIEM. Unlike traditional security information and event management tools that require a dedicated team of experts, Kaseya's SIEM correlates data from over 60 sources to give small IT teams enterprise-grade detection without the massive headcount. The company also introduced a Unified Cyber Resilience portal, consolidating backup management across on-prem, SaaS, and cloud environments (including new support for Azure Files) into a single pane of glass. The economic shift for MSPs For Managed Service Providers (MSPs), the move to agentic IT represents a fundamental shift in business economics. By offloading routine tasks to digital specialists, Kaseya claims IT teams can achieve up to 5x more capacity, allowing them to scale their client base without a corresponding increase in hiring. "We aren't replacing IT professionals," Succar emphasized. "We are removing the work that prevents them from being strategic partners to their customers."
