- Experience leading teams and directing work to align with customer priorities
- Experience coordinating complex activities across Government stakeholders in diverse organizations
- Understanding of DoD or Intelligence Community organizations, security requirements, policies and requirements
- Working collaboratively across cross-functional teams of all experience levels
- Documenting plans of action and milestones for corrective action following assessment activities
- Writing and reviewing formal customer deliverables and after action reviews
- Providing action reports, findings, and course of actions of remediation where applicable
- Experience conducting benchmarking, activity modeling, and surveys
- Experience quantifying performance data and measurements
- Experience with executive briefing materials and briefings to Senior Government Leadership
- Lead team plans, preparation, and documentation including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), testing, and coordination of related activities with appropriate stakeholders
- Lead planning and coordination of IC-wide exercises for the IC CND community
- Provide support to exercise development efforts
- Maintain an exercise knowledge base with emphasis on maintenance of continuity across exercise planning and execution
- Support IC Community event exercises (i.e., ICESTORM)
- Support annual cybersecurity and training events focusing on community coordination of cyber events, including CI interaction
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of IC IE architectures, systems, and networks
