As a part of the Ciox Business Intelligence Team, the Senior BI Developer will work directly with Operations and Client Success teams across the organization to identify business opportunities, measure the results of change and provide world-class reporting solutionsThe Sr BI Developer will also work directly with Department Leaders to understand the strategic development road map to support Ciox’s Retrieval Division while also providing strategic and tactical input to evolve development and maintenance of Ciox’s Business Intelligence infrastructure.

You Will:

• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
• Design, create, enhance, and maintain detailed data tables and conduct hands-on testing
• Collect and Analyze Information from multiple data sources
• Identify Core Business Processes tied to the KPIs
• Construct a Conceptual Data Model by working with fact tables and dimensions
• Locate Data Sources and Plan Data Transformations from multiple data sources and internal applications
• Set Tracking Duration determined by how the data is archived

You Will Bring to the Table: 

• 0-4 years Data Architecture experience
• Working and/or strong conceptual understanding of Enterprise/Logical data model
• Data Warehouse development experience
• T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, & SSRS
• Power BI experience and strong working knowledge of the PBI platform
• Passion to work autonomously and make critical decisions independently
• Proven communication and collaboration skills; willingness to take the initiative to contribute beyond basic responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
• Experience in building and maintaining SSAS models
• Experience using DAX and M-language

Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$115,000.
