Requirements
  • 4+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, specifically within Cybersecurity, Identity Security, IAM, or adjacent security categories.
  • Tool Stack Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with modern sales tech (HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Start-up Agility: Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities shift as OH.io advances the most promising companies in our portfolio.
Responsibilities
  • Drive High-Velocity Sales: Own the full lifecycle for commercial and mid-market deals, we need someone who can shrink a 6 month deal cycle into 3-4 months.
  • Sell to Security Buyers: Prospect and engage decision-makers (CISOs, Security Architects, IAM Leads, VPs of Security) by articulating the value of proactively hardening their identity attack surface.
  • Master the Tech Stack: Run technical discovery calls to understand a prospect's current identity environment (AD, Entra ID, M365, Okta, AWS) and identify gaps in their access segmentation and attack path visibility.
  • Land & Expand: Secure initial "land" deals with security teams and leverage those wins to expand usage across the wider organization.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bonus: Experience selling specifically into CISO, IAM, or SOC buyer personas, or familiarity with ISPM, PAM, or identity threat detection categories.

OH.io is a revenue-focused platform that helps software and AI startups grow recurring revenue. It operates a Revenue-as-a-Service model by building and managing dedicated go-to-market teams—sales, marketing, and demand-generation—who are OH.io employees based in Columbus and embedded with portfolio companies to drive pipeline, close deals, and scale revenue. Unlike traditional VC, OH.io provides hands-on commercial execution and takes a share of the revenue instead of requiring upfront equity, though it also runs a venture fund to selectively invest in portfolio companies. The company plans to support 100 startups over five years and create about 2,000 new tech jobs in Columbus, while building an ecosystem through The Grid, a physical innovation hub. Its first international member is Saporo, which expanded to North America with Ohio-based support.
